Event Overview
Harvard College Public Service Recruiting Day (PSR) is an annual October event which connects leading public service organizations with students for one-on-one virtual meetings about post-graduate employment and fellowships.
This virtual interview day consists of a mix of informational interviews about participating organizations, informational interviews about specific roles, and first-round interviews for specific roles.

- For seniors interested in nonprofits, government, education, and more, this is an early opportunity to build relationships and identify exciting opportunities with potential employers.
- Eligibility: Open to all Harvard College seniors. Students must apply to interview with specific organizations in Crimson Careers (see links below).

- PSR offers high-performing public sector organizations an easy way to recruit from a highly diverse cohort of Harvard students who are deeply committed to public service. Organizations will be sent a resume book with resumes from all participating seniors.
