Premedical/Pre-health advisors provide services for Harvard College students and alumni pursuing health-related fields: human medicine (allopathic medicine or osteopathic medicine), dental medicine, veterinary medicine, nursing, and other health fields such as optometry, pharmacy, podiatry, and physical therapy. Due to specific funding regulations arranged through Harvard College, our office cannot offer Harvard Extension School students premedical and pre-health advising.

Booking a premed/pre-health advising appointment: Log in to Crimson Careers and click on “advising appointment” on the top. Select your assigned MCS Premed & Pre-Health advisor’s name from the listed Premed & Pre-Health advisors and then select an available appointment time. Be sure to add it to your calendar. If your assigned advisor does not have any openings, please check back in a few days and do not email us to book as all appointments are booked via Crimson Careers (you may attend a Premed & Pre-Health Drop-in for any time-sensitive matters as you are waiting for your 30-minute appointment).
Weekly Premed/pre-health drop-ins are offered on Wednesdays from 2:00 to 3:00pm ET and on Thursdays from 3:00 to 4:00pm ET throughout the fall semester. Premed/pre-health drop-ins are 10-minute Zoom drop-in appointments with the MCS premed/pre-health advisors. Click “Drop-In Now” from the advising section in Crimson Careers. First time? See our virtual drop-in instructions.
