Event Overview

The Ivy+ Just in Time Virtual Career Fair connects students with employers across industries that are currently hiring for 2026 internships and jobs at top organizations.

Participating Schools: Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Duke, Harvard, MIT, Penn, Princeton, Stanford, UChicago, and Yale

For Students

  • Eligibility: Open to current Harvard College, Harvard Graduate School of Arts & Sciences students, Harvard Extension School degree students, and recent alumni. An @harvard.edu email address (e.g. @college, @fas, @g.harvard) is required to register for and attend this virtual event hosted on Handshake. Please note some organizations may be targeting specific class years.
  • Student registration will open soon. Advanced registration is strongly recommended to take full advantage of this event, including one-on-one meeting times that fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Having Issues Registering?
      • Refer to this video for a tutorial on attending a virtual fair in Handshake.
      • Make sure to your profile includes a “School Year” to note your class year when you register for Handshake in order to be eligible for the career fair. This can also be updated under Settings > School Year.
      • Note you will need to update your privacy settings and select the “Community” privacy level if you wish to attend one-on-one sessions or to join the resume book.
    • If you don’t see available sessions, be sure to “follow” the employer to get updates regarding openings in their schedule. Any restrictions that the employer may have set up (like “School Year”) will expire 48 hours before the fair begins. So be sure to check back to see if slots have opened up!
  • Sign up for the optional Resume Book event to share your resume with participating employers
    • Reminder: To allow employers to view your most updated resume, please update your privacy settings to “community” or “employers” and upload your document to your Handshake profile and set it to be “visible”.
  • To Further Prepare: Regularly check the list of registered organizations; this is updated on a rolling basis. Before the fair, get your resume ready and reviewed by an Advisor to add to your profile before the Fair.

    • Registration & Payment Deadline: April 3
    • Employer Registration Fees: government/nonprofit: $150  | for profit: $350
    • This event is for employment opportunities in 2026 only. Graduate programs recruiting students should not register for this fair.
