Employer Recruiting Signup Procedures

2026–2027 Recruiting Request Procedure Step-by-Step Guide
Review each step to complete your Recruiting Request.
Employers will start with Steps 1 & 2 before pausing for more information from the Employer Engagement & Recruiting team, ahead of completing Steps 3 & 4.
Step 1: Complete Hiring Survey/Registration
Returning Employers – Complete the 2025-2026 Harvard Hiring Survey.
New Employers – Register for Crimson Careers (if you have not already registered). Proceed to Step 2 when your account is approved.
Step 2: Choose which request type…
A) Featured Job/Internship Posting
B) Interview Date (“Preselect to Alternate” Schedule)
Click the drop down menus below for instructions on your request type.
Featured Postings offer employers additional promotion of their opportunities. In addition to being highlighted in Crimson Careers, postings are curated in MCS’ weekly Featured Posting newsletter, delivered directly to students subscribed to the Recruiting Email List. Employers retain full flexibility in their recruiting process — no interview date is required or displayed to students.
- To feature a posting, submit the Featured Posting Payment Form and post your opportunity in Crimson Careers under Jobs > Job Postings.
- $200 per Featured Posting for for-profit employers.
- All fees must be paid by credit card (MasterCard/Visa/AmEx).
Employers can request an interview date to take place either virtually or in-person in MCS interview rooms. Relevant postings are highlighted in Crimson Careers and MCS’ weekly Featured Posting newsletter to students. Additionally, employers receive MCS staff support to manage their interview schedule in Crimson Careers. Employers select the candidates they wish to interview, and invited students schedule their interview time directly through Crimson Careers.
- Log in to Crimson Careers and navigate to the “Recruiting” tab, and click “Schedules.” Click “Request a Recruiting Schedule.”
- Session: 2026 – 2027 Fall Interviews
- Schedule Type: Preselect to Alternate
