Complete Hiring Survey/Registration.Returning Employers – Complete the 2021-2022 hiring survey. New Employers – Register for Crimson Careers (if you have not already registered). Proceed to Step 2 when your account is approved. |

Beginning March 16th: Request an Interview Date or Promoted Application Deadline via Crimson Careers.Schedule a Resume Collection (Promoted Application Deadline Only) Employers can highlight their application deadline to students and take advantage of OCS promotional resources while maintaining the flexibility to follow up with students on their own timeline. An interview date will not be displayed to students.
Schedule an Interview Day (Promoted Application Deadline + Managed Interview Schedule) In addition to benefiting from OCS promotional resources to highlight application deadlines, employers that select an interview date will have the assistance of dedicated staff to help manage their interview schedule(s). Employers select candidates they wish to interview, and invited students schedule an interview time directly through Crimson Careers.
