What advice do you have for HES students now that you have graduated?
Every job is a climate job. Every industry needs functional experts that can deliver sustainable solutions. Focus on how you can use your functional expertise (marketing, finance, supply chain, engineering etc.) and embed sustainable practices into the business. If you don’t have a background in finance, take a finance class. We need sustainability solutions to work within the P&L.
