Recruiting Positions Visible in Crimson Careers

MCS Recruiting postings are now visible in Crimson Careers. Organizations will continue to post opportunities through the fall. Linked below is a list of employers currently signed up to participate in MCS Recruiting, including employers who have not yet posted a position. We give you access to these resources now so you can start planning and preparing your resumes and cover letters. Most MCS Recruiting employers plan to review applications following the deadline.

Application Preparation:

It is important to read position descriptions carefully in Crimson Careers to highlight in your application how you fit with the organization’s specific needs. For employers attending career fairs and hosting recruiting events on campus, there is an advantage to connecting at those events and tailoring your application materials based on knowledge and relationships you develop. Employer information sessions on campus will begin September 5 and will be added to Crimson Careers on a rolling basis. In the meantime, see the following sections of our website to start preparing:

MCS Recruiting Note:

Many other employers look to hire Harvard students but do not recruit this far in advance. To learn about these opportunities, visit the Discover Career Pathways section of the MCS website and attend MCS creative careers, public service, and/or science, research, and innovation job and internship success programs. Recruiting should be just one part of your search and only makes up ~4% of the positions listed in Crimson Careers
