Recruiting & Campus Interviews

MCS Recruiting promotes opportunities and facilitates in-person and virtual interviews for over 100 employers.  These organizations often engage in multiple recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, and/or coffee chats and office hours, which is why their campus engagement is referred to as “Recruiting” as opposed to simply posting or hiring.  Most of these employers seek to hire students for internships over junior summer and for full-time employment post-graduation. Some employers may also offer programs for first-years and sophomores.

Find current Recruiting positions in Crimson Careers under “Jobs & Internships”, where Position Type = “MCS Featured Posting.” Use the “more filters” option to search for preferred class level. Some employers use Crimson Careers to schedule virtual or in-person interviews, and some use their own internal systems. In either case, MCS highlights these opportunities on the Recruiting email list.
