“Job Description

As a Graduate Product Analyst, you’ll join our Analytics team on 6th September 2027. This full-time role is an opportunity to have a real impact and kickstart your career.

Analytics team at Wise:

The Product Analytics team at Wise sits under the Product Organisation. It is a function that works closely with the Product, Engineering, Design and other cross-functional teams to support data-driven product development. The team provides analysis, dashboards, data pipelines, experimentation support and recommendations that help Wise prioritise product improvements, solve customer problems and improve user experience across all our core features (Account, Send, Spend, Grow for both consumers and businesses)

Your role:

As a Graduate, you will join the Product Analytics function, get embedded within a specific Product team and support them through leveraging data and analytical methodologies to measure product performance, understand user behavior and identify opportunities to improve Wise’s products and services.

Supported by a Senior analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional partners (Product managers, Research, engineers and designers) to turn data into actionable insights to help them make decisions to improve the product.

You will:

  • Query data and analyse it using SQL and/or Python, with different statistical methods, to surface the insights and opportunities to help the team deliver more impact.

  • Define, track and set up the relevant KPIs the team needs to monitor and improve, and the relevant goals and targets

  • Build the data pipelines leveraging SQL and DBT, necessary to measure your KPIs and ensure scalable and reliable data infrastructure for your domain

  • Build the relevant dashboards (Lightdash, Superset) for your space to ensure teams are aware of their progress and can self-serve

  • Set-up, monitor and analyse experiments for any significant release, helping make the right assessment

  • Deliver your findings (analysis, experiments…) in the relevant format: presentation, writeups, dashboards and so on to maximise adoption and awareness

  • Tailor your communication style to the relevant audience to help influence and get buy-in for your insights

  • Collaborate with other cross functional stakeholders in the team, including Product Managers, engineers, designers and others, working on projects that will be the most impactful for our customers

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • You have graduated in 2026 or will be in 2027 with a Bachelors or Masters degree potentially in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, STEM or Economics/Business/Finance.

  • Ready to start a full-time role on 6th September 2027. This start date is non-negotiable.

Must-Have skills:

  • You used coding to solve problems before and have some experience with using SQL, Python or R.

  • You used previously fundamental data analysis techniques, such as descriptive statistics and trend analysis.

  • You enjoy using numbers and data visualisation to tell a story

  • You’re curious, keen to learn and proactive by nature

  • You’re open to and value feedback in order to improve

Nice to Have:

  • You have previously used a data visualisation tool like Lightdash, Looker, Tableau or similar

  • You are familiar with scalable data solutions like Airflow/DBT and/or interested in learning more

Additional Information

  • You will have flexibility in how and where you work. We understand everyone needs a little something different – so we’ll do our best to make it happen, but we recommend coming to the office as much as possible in your first weeks!
  • Weekly office lunch and breakfast, coffee, tea and snacks!
  • Salary band: £52,000 GBP/year
  • Fun and creative offices with social activities
  • Be part of a global team with a global mindset.
