Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab, works closely with Principal Investigators, Research Scientists, Post-Doctoral Associates, Graduate Students, and external collaborators on ongoing research studies involving the scientific study of machine learning models and the development of new machine learning methods; will be responsible for a variety of technical, training and administrative assistance activities supporting the research team through all phases of the project; and support research activities related to language model interpretability.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science; two years of relevant research experience (which may include experience gained as an undergraduate); demonstrated experience in ML interpretability, program synthesis, and mathematical modeling of complex systems; proficiency with: Python (including Pytorch) and LaTeX; excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to present information in small groups and write clear and concise research reports; and ability to work in teams and contribute to group projects.
This position is funded through September 2027. Extension beyond that is subject to renewed funding and performance.
