- Enjoy exclusive access to remote research stations and rare species.
- Develop practical field skills like data collection and analysis, telemetry, camera trapping, capture-mark-recapture, snorkel and diving surveys, and species ID to prepare you for jobs in the sector.
- Network and meet like-minded students from all over the world.
- Access datasets for a personal research project or contribute to GVI’s flagship research work (research fellowship programs).
- Get PADI-certified (select programs).

- 2023: Leveraging his qualifications and GVI experience, he began his career as a Community Fundraising Officer for Save the Rhino.
“The team at GVI Limpopo were the best mentors I could ask for. They are experts in the field and have a wealth of knowledge – every minute is a learning experience. The program enhanced my understanding of conservation issues, as multi-faceted projects. Aside from the considerable experience gained, the online modules and qualifications are impressive too, and will help to improve anybody’s career skill-set. “
