Justin is a chemist at Eli Lilly, a global pharmaceutical company based out of Indianapolis. Working in the discovery phase of product development, Justin will synthesize the molecules that they need to test the new drugs. He starts with the individual molecules and then synthesizes through a variety of ways, including heating and freezing, to end up with the test-ready compound.
