Where will you be living next year?
What will you be doing?
I have recently written a book titled Brewing Success: A Comprehensive Guide to Customer Service in the Coffee Industry. My intention is to persist in crafting books that assist employers and employees in navigating the constantly evolving landscape of today’s volatile market, with a particular focus on enhancing performance and fostering employee satisfaction. Additionally, I aspire to embark on global travels, immersing myself in diverse cultures and utilizing my observations to enrich my writing and expertise.
What advice do you have for Harvard HES students, now that you have graduated?
Embrace the full potential of each class, immersing yourself wholeheartedly in the readings, actively participating in discussions, and taking advantage of opportunities to connect with faculty during office hours and networking sessions. Forge meaningful friendships and become an integral part of the Harvard community. Disregard any naysayers who undermine the value of an online education at Harvard compared to an on-campus degree. Remember, the quality of your experience is entirely within your control and what you make of it.
In what ways has your Harvard Extension degree impacted your career?
Studying at Harvard Extension School offers opportunities to connect with a diverse group of peers, faculty, and professionals who can become valuable contacts in your industry. Building a strong network can open doors to job opportunities, mentorship, and collaboration. As a Harvard Extension degree holder, you may gain access to a range of resources and support services, including career counseling, alumni networks, job boards, and professional development programs. These resources can provide valuable assistance in advancing your career. For me, the alumni network is invaluable and the learning I received from my education has provided a renewed respect from my peers and an esteemed growth in confidence that only Harvard can provide.
