Bridge Investment Group is seeking to hire a Summer Intern role in New York for our Debt Strategies to start in Summer 2025.
Bridge Debt Strategies is one of Bridge’s specialized investment verticals and a Top-4 real estate debt fund in North America. The Debt Strategies team invests in commercial real estate-backed debt opportunities, including directly originated first mortgages and Freddie Mac securitizations. The Intern will primarily work on the originations team to assist with underwriting new transactions, deal sizing and evaluation, asset due diligence, and deal closings. They will also have exposure to the capital markets facet of the business.
Bridge’s fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means the Intern will be expected to take initiative on new projects and contribute across disciplines, working closely with senior management throughout the program.
Qualifications:
