In what ways has Harvard Extension School impacted your career and long-term professional goals?
Being part of the HES academic community motivated me to stay engaged with practical research and contribute to the industrial-organizational field in a more meaningful way. HES helped me to realign my career experiences with my aspirations. My degree also helped to clarify my goals to influence organizations at scale by evolving organizational culture, leadership pipelines, and evidence-based people development.
What advice do you have for HES students now that you have graduated?
Although the format is flexible, the academic rigor is real. Be strategic in choosing elective courses that build both depth and breadth of knowledge. Engage deeply with the coursework and challenge yourself. HES is a global community. Take opportunities to connect across different cultures.
