Degree
ALM, Sustainability

Where will you be living next year?
Paris, France

What will you be doing?
I am starting a new position as a Sr Manager RSE. I am working for a well-known Change Management firm called Alixio Change Management. I will be helping to build up their ESG offering in EU and country-specific regulations like the SFDR, taxonomy, CSRD, and DPEF. This will be expanding their already renowned social transformation and Human resources expertise practice. This is the area where I focused my capstone-the impact of the EU SFDR and Taxonomy on European Investment in other markets. My degree and capstone were instrumental in helping me to get the new position where I wanted it to be in Paris.

What advice do you have for Harvard HES students, now that you have graduated?
I would continue to speak to your classmates, learn from them and reach out to alumni. Harvard career services and the HAA is very helpful. Start this before becoming an alumnus and use Harvard’s resources throughout your degree. Attend any conferences on the subjects that you are studying and want to be an expert in.

In what ways has your Harvard Extension degree impacted your career?
It helped me to refine my focus and gain the necessary expertise to continue expanding my passion and capabilities in ESG and sustainability. It was a great help, along with my capstone, in helping me get this new position at a great firm at the level I wanted. Harvard has also allowed me to connect with the Harvad Club in France network and meet other alumni in Paris.
