In what ways has HES impacted your career and long-term professional goals?
My thesis is the foundation for a book I am now authoring on the role of women in building a climate secure future. This will allow me to blend my theoretical foundation from Harvard with my 15 years of practical experience working in the gender lens investment space to make a meaningful contribution to the world and hopefully change the narrative from viewing women as victims to recognizing them as solutions to the greatest existential threat of our time – climate change.
What advice do you have for HES students now that you have graduated?
Be diverse in your course selection so that you learn to think laterally and are wired to problem solve even the greatest challenges the world has seen!
