Hello everyone! My name is Matthew and I am from a rural town in northeastern Connecticut where I lived my entire life before moving to Cambridge. I am a senior in Currier House studying Neuroscience with a secondary in Global Health & Health Policy. When I am not in a classroom I volunteer with the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter and in the dialysis unit at Boston Children’s Hospital. My research at Mass Eye and Ear focuses on restoring vestibular function in adults who have a deficit. I have a passion for teaching and advising, so I serve as an Eagle PAF, ARC Tutor, and Math M Coach. Additionally, I am the pre-health office assistant. In previous summers, I worked at a summer camp for children with disabilities, took an EMT class, and worked for Walmart. I enjoy reading, going to the beach, and spending time with family!
