In what ways has HES impacted your career and long-term professional goals?
The Harvard experience and education have profoundly impacted my career in numerous ways. It has reshaped my perspectives on both work and life, making me more pragmatic and less influenced by idealistic biases and environmental factors. Additionally, my career trajectory has evolved significantly. Previously, my focus was primarily on business, aiming for specific outcomes within a fixed framework, often with less consideration of the broader impact on society. Through courses and interactions with diverse peers at Harvard, I have developed a deeper understanding of social responsibility and the importance of ethical decision-making in business. This newfound awareness has inspired me to incorporate sustainable practices and community-focused initiatives into my professional endeavors. Overall. My career has evolved into a new dimension, where I can apply my learnings into a new global spectrum building sustainable societies.
What advice do you have for HES students now that you have graduated?
Harvard is a unique experience that provides a wealth of resources and networks; I see too many students come and go and not truly leverage what is available. I would tell students to utilize what the university offers during and after commencement.
