In what ways has Harvard Extension School impacted your career and long-term professional goals?
Harvard Extension School has had a profound impact on my career and my overall professional development by equipping me with essential skills in communication, critical thinking, and understanding human behavior particularly in rapidly changing and high-stress work environments.

The ALM in Psychology deepened my ability to adapt to the unique needs and challenges of individual employees, enhancing both leadership and interpersonal effectiveness. More significantly, it reignited my passion for lifelong learning and academic growth, motivating me to pursue the ALM in Finance at Harvard Extension School to further sharpen my skills and elevate my performance in the financial field, both in my current role and in future opportunities to help people drawing from both my psychology and finance degrees to improve their lives through greater financial literacy and behavioral understanding.

What advice do you have for HES students now that you have graduated?
The best advice I can give to Harvard HES students is to take advantage of every resource available at Harvard. The university has the best academic and human resources in the world. If we use them, the only outcome of our learning experience is success. Every member of the Harvard community is sincerely interested in helping us succeed and will do everything in their power to provide access to all the necessary resources so we can have the best learning experience.
Ask questions. Participate in all the events available to students. The friendships that are formed at Harvard are for life. The journey to obtaining your degree is an experience that will change your life and the lives of those around you.
