In what ways has Harvard Extension School impacted your career and long-term professional goals?
HES has given me the opportunity to expand my knowledge of the cuisine I prepare daily. By further studying the history of what drives my profession, I am better able to serve my customers authentic cuisine and inform others about the amazing culture of Mexico.
What advice do you have for HES students now that you have graduated?
I would advise HES students to maintain regular communication with their advisor and to utilize the incredible librarians and library resources available. I found that any time I felt stuck whether choosing the right courses or sourcing an obscure recipe, someone was always available to help me!
