In what ways has HES impacted your career and long-term professional goals?
My HES journey challenged me to think differently about my work. My I/O psychology coursework provided access to research and practices that elevated my role as a human capital leader in a fast-growing private company.

What advice do you have for HES students now that you have graduated?
If you haven’t realized it yet – your fellow classmates and the HES faculty and staff are treasures. Not only will they be your learning partners, but they will also be role models, mentors, mentees, and friends along this journey. Take advantage of the on-campus experiences, lean in to connecting with your fellow classmates, and be proud to be part of this special community of lifelong scholars.
