Don’t hesitate to cold email or reach out to people, no matter their level or where they are. That’s often how the best opportunities and conversations begin. And don’t be afraid to pivot– whether it’s changing jobs or switching career paths. You never know what might excite you, and staying too comfortable can mean missing out on something great.
