The candidate will work closely with the senior management team to help identify, analyse, and execute investment opportunities for its funds. Victory takes a ‘cradle-to-grave’ approach to investing and candidates will likely be involved in multiple aspects of the acquisition process as well the financing, asset management, development of assets, and ultimate disposition of assets.

Victory is based in Soho, London but as it invests on a pan-European basis the work is likely to involve regular international travel to Victory’s offices in Luxembourg, Brussels, Geneva and Amsterdam, as well as potentially other locations across Europe where the firm may have activities and/or investments.
Person Specification/ Requirements include:
- Excellent academic background (A minimum achieved/expected grade of 2.1 or equivalent (e.g. strong GPA) ideally numerical degree)
- Mathematical, highly analytical, strong numerical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work in – and contribute to – a best-of-class environment and all aspects of the job and the firm
- Genuine interest in all aspects of investing, including post-acquisition work
- Curious, entrepreneurial
- Adaptable, dynamic, fast learner
- Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
- Determined and persistent
- Strong work ethic
- Good judgement
- Interpersonal skills
- European languages: Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian would be a strong asset but not essential (other European languages are also a benefit). Fluent English essential
- Willingness to travel.
