Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to join our team as Associate Director of Business Development. This role is critical to designing and executing high-impact investment and transformation initiatives across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will identify and lead projects that generate measurable financial, operational, and strategic value, ranging from mergers and acquisitions and vertical integration to automation and logistics optimization. This position requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, business vision, and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for investment and transformation across the supply chain.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and unlock long-term value.

Evaluate opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and infrastructure expansion.

Collaborate with senior leadership to design business cases aligned with corporate priorities.
Professional Experience:

Strategic roles in private equity, corporate development, M&A, strategy consulting, or FP&A.

Proven track record in investment evaluation, deal execution, or large-scale transformation projects, preferably in industrial, retail, consumer goods, or logistics sectors.

Hands-on experience in post-merger integration, automation initiatives, cost-reduction strategies, or logistics infrastructure development.
