About the TerraCotta Group

The TerraCotta Group is a private investment firm that specializes in commercial real estate (CRE) credit. Founded in 2004, TerraCotta has pioneered the application of data-driven methodologies in commercial real estate credit investing, with no principal losses since the firm’s inception. The unique blend of our advanced data analytics and deep real estate credit experience enables us to offer bespoke credit solutions tailored to meet the needs of individual borrowers, for the benefit of all stakeholders. Over the past 21 years, we have continuously refined and expanded our methodology to yield actionable, investable insights into middle market real estate credit opportunities, delivering stable and attractive, risk-adjusted returns across all market cycles.

About the Position

We seek to hire the best and brightest through our three-year Analyst Program, designed for those eager to learn and grow by applying themselves to a new approach to Commercial Real Estate (CRE) investing.

In this position, you will learn all aspects of CRE credit from start to finish by working directly on each stage of a deal alongside the investment team on a daily basis. Analysts play a crucial role at our firm, assisting in the execution of originations, underwriting, due diligence, servicing, asset management, development, and capital markets processes.

You will work in a collegial, merit-based environment at the intersection of data and financial credit analysis alongside a highly committed team of professionals who are led by visionary leadership. Independent thinking is encouraged, and initiative is rewarded.

Investment Analyst positions are available at our El Segundo and New York City locations. Analysts applying for the New York City office will need to be in our El Segundo office for the first year.
