Job DescriptionCompany description
Saatchi & Saatchi was founded on a simple, yet ambitious belief: “Nothing Is Impossible.” That belief has inspired us to help our clients realize what they thought were impossible ambitions. It’s led the agency to invent entirely new ways to communicate. And now, it’s pushing us to deliver previously impossible levels of impact through Intelligent Creativity, backed by Publicis Groupe’s unprecedented $12B+ investment in AI, data and technology. We’re excited about what we’ll make possible next – and all that’s missing is talent like you.
Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office four days per week. This role is based in New York City, with no exceptions.
Overview
Our Saatchi NY office is looking for college seniors and recent graduates who are eager to learn and gain experience with real client work at an agency! Saatchi’s Summer Internship is a paid 9-week hybrid program from June 15th to August 14th with an opportunity for 4-day work week, providing lessons from various departments at an agency, opportunity to work alongside and gain mentorship from advertising professionals and leaders, in addition to working on real client work.
As an intern, we expect you to give us your energy, enthusiasm, and thirst for knowledge, and we’ll give you a hands-on, insider introduction to working at this advertising agency! More than just a resume-builder, our internship program will challenge your expectations, broaden your horizons, and show you why advertising is our passion and why we live to influence popular culture. Application closes May 15th.

In this role, you will:
- Help design and conduct research to support brand strategy work
- Help synthesize research into clear observations, insights, and takeaways
- Support the development of strategic frameworks and creative briefs
- Help organize and pressure‑test thinking before it goes to creative teams or clients
- Participate in working sessions and brainstorms with strategy, creative, and account partners
- Learn how strategists connect what people care about with where brands can grow
- Be introduced to core strategy frameworks used by the team to evaluate growth opportunities and guide brand decisions
- Gain exposure to how strategy works across different clients and categories in a New York agency setting
