Our quantitative hedge fund is a small but excellent behavioral finance research-based investment firm. During this turbulent time in the financial markets, our hedge fund is outperforming the market year-to-date by a double digit percentage. Our CEO is Dr. William Powley (Fellow of the Program on Corporate Governance at Harvard Law School; MS and PhD at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
Our firm engages in three business lines: (1) investment management (2) economic consulting (3) education. Our investment management business line consists of a dollar neutral, long-short U.S. equities fund, a private credit fund, and an emerging private equity arm that makes investments in small companies. Our economic consulting business line provides economic consulting services to government agencies, the world’s largest law firms, and businesses. Our education arm FIMA program teaches students (high school, college, master’s, law school, PhD) and working professionals the tools they need to effectively read, write and present the academic literature at school, in Court, and at leading hedge funds.
