Oxford Properties is looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our Investments team in New York. In this role you will have the opportunity to support all investment, finance, strategy, risk and portfolio management initiatives. Your analytical skills, problem solving abilities and business acumen will be key to your success. Oxford Properties invests in all major high-growth asset classes and across the entire capital structure. We will look to invest in both public and private markets, and partner / co-invest with strategic investors and best-in-class managers across the region. This will be a Summer 2026 start.

The Analyst will work as part of the U.S. Investment Team, reporting to the Vice President, Investments. Key responsibilities will include analysis of real estate investment opportunities, market research and supporting senior investment team members on transaction executions.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for

  • Financial analysis of a wide range of real estate investments, including modelling of real estate cash flows, financing assumptions, IRRs, output sensitivities etc., as well as research to support key underwriting assumptions
  • Analysis and interpretation of real estate, economic and public company data, including financial statements, to conduct valuation and operational benchmarking
  • Supporting the transaction review process including the review of investment committee submissions, financial analysis and related underwriting models for all transactions and developments- Preparation of documents for internal and external purposes, including writing investment committee memos and presentations to partners
  • Collaborating and working well within a small team, coordinating directly with senior team members and external advisors, allowing broad exposure to deals at an early stage
  • Assisting in the valuation of Oxford’s existing portfolio as well as providing asset management related analysis and commentary on an as needed basis
  • Assisting in the global and regional strategic planning process

To succeed in this role, you are/have

  • Candidate for a Bachelor’s degree, with expected completion in Spring 2026
  • A desire and interest for a career in real estate; real estate experience is valuable, but not required
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with significant experience in financial modelling, presentation preparation and research
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to interact with external advisors and peers, develop industry networks and contacts, and represent Oxford in the U.S. market
  • Strong attention to detail, project management and presentation skills
  • A positive attitude, the ability to take initiative and work in a dynamic environment. You are team player; fast learner; self-starter and diligent

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. The base salary that is ultimately offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill set. 

Primary location: New York

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $105,000.00 – $115,000.00

You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
