Position Title: SharePoint Developer
Salary Range: $72,779 – $95,735
Position Summary:
The New York County District Attorney’s Office (DANY) is looking to hire an experienced SharePoint Developer to our Intranet Development Team. In this role the candidate will develop and maintain SharePoint 2019 based applications and websites with a varied set of complexity. We require skills and innovation using ‘out of the box’ applications using NINTEX tools as well as custom development on an in-house application framework. We are looking for a candidate with a thorough understanding of customer needs, as well as Microsoft’s application architecture. In this job the candidate will be able to apply creativity and passion in a fast-paced development team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain ‘out of the box’ and highly customized SharePoint applications.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between SharePoint applications and other architectures (web services, SQL, etc.).
- Participate in creating system and requirements documentation.
- Participate in status meetings on progress, priorities, issues, performance issues and future work.
- Participate in setting the overall future Enterprise Architecture direction.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft developer with a broad range of real-world experience (three years or more of experience preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft architectures as it relates to SharePoint and integration with on-premise and cloud-based applications.
- Experience with NINTEX Forms Designer and Workflow Designer.
- Experience with Microsoft development tools and web-based development.
- Some background with SharePoint Administrative tools a plus.
- Microsoft SharePoint certifications is a plus.
- Moderate level of experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in computer science, engineering or related field of study.
- HS diploma or equivalent required and additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
Commitment:
- One (1) year commitment to the hiring bureau.
