Our startup has grown 10X in the past year, and to accelerate our growth even faster, we are urgently seeking an intelligent and driven person to be our Business Development Manager. Full time and part time roles available.
Adoption of our Precision Medicine technologies have grown dramatically over the past year, but there is much more to do, and that is where you come in. Our business is presently in a unique strategic position where there are several significant opportunities to accelerate growth even faster. You will plan and execute clever strategies to exploit these opportunities for maximum benefit.
In particular, you will identify key stakeholders at certain large organizations, you will understand their opinions and motivations, you will influence them, and you will close big deals that help improve the lives of many people. You will take the powerful and innovative technologies our MDs and PhDs are developing and use creativity to figure out how they apply in a myriad of real-life scenarios. If successful, you can make tremendous real-world impact.
You will be working cross-functionally: you will be working with our medical team of MDs and PhDs, our technical team, and our business team. We have a culture where everyone is expected to learn from and communicate with everyone.
You must be comfortable learning new things quickly, enjoy interacting with other people, be comfortable giving presentations, and thrive in a fast-paced startup lifestyle.

WORK LOCATION
We are based in Cambridge, MA; but work will be remote / telecommute for most days each week. You must reside in Massachusetts.
FUTURE GROWTH
After demonstrating success, this Manager will have the opportunity to lead a team of his/her choosing and advance to the Director level. This Director can earn the opportunity to grow into the business verticals they are most attracted to. As we are a startup, the opportunities are endless!
