Neural Oasis is building applied AI products across market intelligence, automation, risk, data science and decision-support systems.
The AI and Tech Accelerator Programme is designed for exceptional students and graduates who want to work on real products, real datasets and commercially relevant technology from day one.
This is a hands-on technical programme. You will be expected to build, test, research and ship.
Roles Available
We are hiring across four technical tracks.
ML and AI Engineer
For candidates who can build practical machine learning systems and take AI concepts into working products.
You may work across model development, AI workflows, data pipelines, RAG systems, intelligent assistants, NLP, forecasting, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
We are looking for people who understand the full machine learning lifecycle and can move quickly from prototype to production.
Software Engineer, ML and Market Systems
For strong engineers who can build fast, reliable systems around AI, market data and internal tooling.
You may work across backend systems, APIs, product workflows, data infrastructure, research tooling, agent workflows, analytics platforms and execution-support systems.
Strong candidates will have experience with Python, TypeScript, Rust, C++, Java, APIs, backend engineering, market data, crypto infrastructure or quantitative tooling.
Data Scientist, ML and Market Analytics
For candidates with strong Python, data science and machine learning capability.
You may work across forecasting, feature engineering, classification, clustering, optimisation, anomaly detection, backtesting, visualisation and model evaluation.
Relevant experience may include pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, SQL, LSTM, SVM, K-means, regression and ensemble models.
We value people who can turn messy real-world data into useful models, insights and decision tools.
Quant Researcher, Commodities and Digital Assets
For candidates with strong mathematical ability, market curiosity and disciplined research skills.
You may research signals, pricing models, forecasting methods, volatility, liquidity, funding, spreads, order book data, cross-market relationships and systematic trading ideas across commodities and digital assets.
Strong candidates will be comfortable with probability, statistics, linear algebra, optimisation, time-series analysis, regression, stochastic processes, Python research workflows, backtesting and model validation.

Strong candidates will show evidence of building, researching or shipping meaningful technical work. This may include GitHub projects, notebooks, research papers, Kaggle work, deployed products, technical write-ups, trading or market research, open-source contributions or strong academic projects.
We are especially interested in people with:
Strong Python, engineering, data science or mathematical capability
Practical AI or machine learning experience
Evidence of independent building
Commercial awareness
Clear thinking and strong communication
High ownership and the ability to work without heavy supervision
Interest in AI, markets, crypto, commodities, risk or decision-support systems
