About the program
The office of Yosuke Suzuki, a member of Japan’s National Diet and the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan (CDP), is offering an internship for students interested in Japanese politics. This is a unique opportunity to gain a hands-on experience in policy research, governance, and local political activities. Interns also have the opportunity to contribute to the work of a prominent Japanese politician.
About the position
Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting research to support legislative initiatives.
· Gathering information regarding international affairs for policy making.
· Engaging with international organizations and foreign politicians
· Support office operations, including communications and administrative tasks.
· Assist with local political activities in the districts of Bunkyo and Toshima (Tokyo).
