With a collaborative studio culture and a portfolio that spans civic, educational, and cultural projects, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing and business development efforts.
About the Opportunity
Working under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will support a wide range of marketing and business development efforts including producing thoughtful proposals and RFP responses, creating award submissions, designing client presentations, coordinating photography/video shoots, and generating social media content. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in shaping the firm’s public presence and winning new work, with a focus on social media strategy and content creation, public relations outreach, and storytelling.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent writing skills with the ability to craft articulate text with a targeted purpose; strong graphic sensibility in connection with presenting architectural projects; and the ability to work under tight deadlines, manage and prioritize multiple demands. Familiarity with the architectural procurement processes and a degree in Architecture is a plus. A college degree and proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is required.
Qualifications Include:
− Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office required
− Bachelor’s degree required
− Candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
− Minimum 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience in the A/E/C industry preferred
− Interest in social media and email marketing trends preferred (WordPress and Mailchimp)
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms
• Track analytics and engagement, and adjust strategy accordingly
• Maintain editorial calendar to align with firm milestones and campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team, partners, and project managers to develop responses to RFQs/RFPs
• Write and edit compelling proposal content that reflects the firm’s voice and expertise
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, project descriptions, staff resumes, and templates
• Maintain the firm’s website and digital asset library
• Help with OpenAsset data migration
• Identify award opportunities and prepare award entries
• Track award outcomes and promote wins via social media
• Coordinate photography and video shoots
• Assist in the creation of visually compelling interview presentations
