Dr. Young-Min Kwon, an Arthroplasty Surgeon in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital, is looking to recruit a full time Clinical Coordinator. Responsibilities include scheduling surgeries, patient appointments, and radiology exams; in addition to facilitating pre and post-operative care for patients who have had total hip and knee replacements. This is a position with significant clinical involvement, as the candidate will work closely with Dr. Kwon and the Orthopaedic Arthroplasty Physician Assistants. While this is primarily a clinical position, the candidate may also aid in research studies focused on joint reconstruction with Dr. Kwon and his postdoctoral research fellows in the Orthopaedic Bioengineering Lab. This is a one-year commitment (2026-2027) and is ideal for a candidate planning to take a gap year prior to entering medical school. Through this position, the candidate will work closely with patients, clinicians, and hospital administrators and will develop a strong network at Massachusetts General Hospital.
