Plaintiffs’ employment discrimination firm needs both full and part-time attorneys licensed in any state to do litigation. No experience necessary; will train to:
- Interview clients and witnesses;
- Propound and respond to written discovery;
- Select deposition exhibits;
- Prepare clients for deposition and trial testimony;
- Draft mediation briefs;
- Legal research and motion practice;
- Prepare trial documents;
- Review and finalize documents drafted by legal assistants.
