The L&T Global Internship Program is a prestigious flagship initiative designed for the world’s brightest young minds. Interns work on challenging, high-impact projects across emerging technologies, infrastructure, AI and digital transformation, collaborating closely with L&T’s experts and senior leadership. The program offers a unique opportunity to apply knowledge to real-world problems, gain hands-on experience, and understand the complexities of large-scale, cutting-edge projects in a global business environment.
A transformative 8 to 12 weeks global internship that immerses students in L&T’s culture, leadership and marquee projects across its international footprint. The program blends structured learning, mentorship, and real-world problem-solving with curated sessions on India’s heritage, history and business landscape – offering a rich cultural and professional immersion. Depending on project alignment, interns are hosted either at our key hubs in India or at select overseas locations such as the United States, ensuring exposure to diverse business environments. Duration: 8-10 weeks
Timeline: Summer 2025
Eligibility: 2nd/3rd-year Undergraduate in engineering fields, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related fields
Functions: Exposure to generative AI, multi-agent systems, data engineering, embeddings, and privacy-aware data practices. Experience with tools like MATLAB, Python, CAD, Verilog, TensorFlow, or AWS, and relevant
project/research work.
