“We are seeking a motivated and technical Technology Intern to support initiatives across AI, Automation, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is designed for a technical “builder” who wants to gain hands-on experience with modern enterprise tools like Databricks, SQL, and the Power Platform.

You will help optimize our digital workplace through intelligent automation while contributing to a mission-critical Strategic AI Project: leveraging data to identify patients for life-changing therapies. This work is a key step toward making our predictive models more transparent, trusted, and actionable for commercial decision-making.

 Key Responsibilities

 Modern Workplace & Collaboration

  • M365 Support: Assist in the configuration, customization, and support of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Digital Workspace: Support the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, lists, and permissions to improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Workflow Optimization: Partner with IT and business teams to identify and document opportunities for efficiency improvements using modern workplace tools.

 Intelligent Automation & Scripting

  • Low-Code Solutions: Build and enhance automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline data movement and business processes.
  • Technical Scripting: Develop and maintain basic Python scripts and SQL queries for data processing, system integration, and automation tasks.
  • AI Enablement: Explore and apply Generative AI use cases (e.g., ChatGPT) to increase team productivity and technical documentation efficiency.

Data Insights & AI Transparency (Strategic Project)

  • AI-Driven Analysis: Utilize Databricks and Databricks Genie to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on healthcare datasets to uncover patient trends and patterns.
  • Visualization: Translate complex predictive model outputs into actionable business stories by building Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Model Trust: Assist in visualizing and documenting model drivers (such as SHAP values) to help business partners understand and trust AI-driven predictions.”
