Drug development involves years of scientific work and hundreds of millions of dollars in capital. The decisions about which programs advance, which need to be redesigned, and which should stop are among the most important decisions a pharma organization makes.
We are building systems that help make those decisions more rigorous, evidence-grounded, and measurable.
About the role
We are looking for a Machine Learning Research Intern to work directly with the founder on a focused piece of our research agenda.
This is not a “help around the edges” internship. You will own a real project, influence what we try next, and ship work that matters from week one.
This is a strong fit for someone who wants to do applied ML research in a hard, high-signal domain involving LLMs, evaluation, reasoning, expert feedback, and biomedical evidence.
Project areas may include:
– Designing evaluation methods for expert-driven AI tasks
– Building training or feedback workflows for reasoning models
– Expanding internal benchmarks and identifying where current systems fail
– Developing methods to make model reasoning more grounded, calibrated, and useful
We will choose the project together based on what we need and what interests you most.
Open to summer or semester-long arrangements.
