Incentrum Group, a global merchant bank based in New York City focused on the healthcare, life/material sciences, technology, and industrial industries, seeks to hire Summer Analysts to join its team. Incentrum’s focus on both serving a select group of corporate clients as their strategic financial advisor and pursuing industry-focused private equity investments provides Summer Analysts the ability to work closely with our team of highly experienced investment bankers and private equity professionals on complex advisory engagements/transactions and private equity investments.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze companies and create content / discussion materials
• Build and maintain financial models
• Perform valuation analyses and conduct market research
• Prepare and manage the delivery of internal deal memos
• Assist with transaction diligence and execution
• Work directly with senior investment bankers and private equity professionals
• Respond to client and internal inquiries
Qualifications:
• Superior academic and performance record
• Proven interest in corporate finance
• Superior attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, data management, and research skills
