Job Responsibilities
1、Product listing manipulator: traction product direction, develop market strategy, planning listing programme, mobilizing channels, retail, marketing and other market resources, to achieve the terminal product sales maximization, market order, brand high-end;
2、Sales guru: complete channel strategy development, planning, establishment, maintenance and promotion of channel partner connection and relationship building, implementation of business plan implementation, riding the waves, expanding the global access to achieve sales growth;
3、Retail experts: open up the last kilometre to connect consumers, responsible for the development of product global retail strategy and listing programme, various types of retail position management and operation, front-line retail staff training and activation, etc., to enhance consumer experience and achieve global sales growth;
4、E-commerce expert: taking the Internet business change as an opportunity, actively explore and lead the industry development trend, fully responsible for product sales and operation online, carefully organise and plan marketing activities, actively promote the construction of digital marketing strategy, dedicated to the construction of private domain traffic and user’s fine management, implement a full range of services to create unlimited business value;
5、Operation connoisseur: perform DSTE management BT&IT, management of basic support processes, responsible for Retail process and change projects in MSS and the effective landing of the regional organisations, efficiency improvement, business quality and continuous improvement;
6、Planning expert: responsible for the glory of the product wants to forecast and review, according to the sales situation to match the wants and planning needs, improve the accuracy of the plan, for the company’s commercial success.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, pass the university English level 4 or equivalent test;
2、Excellent learning ability, logical thinking ability, communication and coordination ability as well as insight and analysis ability;
3、Rich experience in community organisation and social practice will be an added advantage;
4、Wish to broaden their global vision and willing to accumulate experience in different cultures in different countries, enthusiastic and energetic personality, open-minded, willing to embrace change.
