Heterodox Academy (HxA), “the leading membership organization for faculty, staff, and students who want to ensure that universities are places where intellectual curiosity thrives” and home to the popular podcast, Heterdox Out Loud, has open paid internship positions in the following areas:
- Campus Engagement (possible projects include but are not limited to: Mapping student initiatives around civil discourse around the country; updating resource toolkits; updating principles and associated readings related to cancel culture and university principles)
- Public Interest Communications (possible projects include but are not limited to: creative communications; video editing; social media content management)
- Research (possible projects include but are not limited to: literature reviews, interviewing students on self-censorship, etc.)
These are only some of the possibilities available as HxA is willing to work together with qualified students to develop projects that align with HxA’s central mission and affiliated work.
