The Enhanced Healthcare Partners team has been together since 2016 and is currently investing out of its latest fund, EHP II, LP. Enhanced Healthcare Partners has over 100 years of combined experience investing in healthcare companies and possesses strong relationships and knowledge within the industry.
Internship Description
The Summer Analyst position is a 10-week paid internship program. This individual will play a key role in the firm’s deal origination efforts and will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging with potential investment opportunities across target sectors. The role offers significant exposure to senior investment professionals and an opportunity to build a strong foundation in private equity deal flow, market research, and relationship management.
Deal Origination Support
- Identify and research companies that align with the firm’s investment strategy.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified investment opportunities.
- Leverage databases, industry resources, conferences, and proprietary methods to source leads.
Outreach & Relationship Management
- Conduct outreach to business owners and executives to introduce the firm and cultivate relationships.
- Track engagement and manage CRM systems to ensure robust coverage.
- Support senior team members in meetings, calls, and relationship-building efforts.
Market & Sector Research
- Analyze industries, sub-sectors, and competitive landscapes to inform sourcing strategies.
- Develop insights on emerging trends, attractive niches, and consolidation opportunities.
Requirements
A successful Summer Analyst must have the following skills and experience:
- Currently a junior in college with undergraduate degree to be completed by Summer of 2028
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate business models and market dynamics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building across senior executives
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Our office is based in Santa Monica and team members are on-site 3 days a week.
