Engineer Access is a rapidly-growing global technology services company that partners with venture-backed startups and public US-based tech companies to build their products and engineering organizations. For the right candidate, advancement is quick – previous people hired for this role have ended up in director-level positions, with corresponding comp packages, within three to four years.
Associates on this team will report directly to EA’s CEO in the Northville office and will be responsible for:
- Business Development – researching potential client organizations, building profiles of their key decision-makers and helping craft EA’s pitch to them. You will work with the CEO to develop the best offering we can provide for each of these cases and be responsible for helping him to drive the deal to close.
- Recruitment – sometimes, the deals that you’ll help close will require recruiting new staff to EA. You’ll be part of the team responsible for building a database of top-percentile tech talent so that we’ll be able to service those clients.
In both parts of the role, you’ll be responsible for discovering and experimenting with the latest AI-enabled tools in order to make the large datasets that you’ll be working with more tractable and improve the team’s overall speed and efficiency.
