Engineer Access is a rapidly-growing global technology services company that partners with venture-backed startups and public US-based tech companies to build their products and engineering organizations. With offices in New York City, Michigan, Canada, Bulgaria, and Romania, we provide a pathway into high-end tech for smart, ambitious people without a traditional technical background.
We take a first-principles approach to the business and are interested in candidates who are excited by the prospect of thinking deeply about the problems the business solves and proposing novel solutions.
For the right candidate, advancement is quick – previous people hired for similar roles have ended up in director-level positions, with corresponding comp packages, within three to four years.
Analysts on this team will report directly to EA’s CEO in the Northville office and will be responsible for using the latest AI-enabled tools and more traditional methods to generate novel insights from large datasets of possible client organizations, their executive-level staff, and the high-end US-based tech talent market. This data will be used by our development team to build new lines of business.

Although proficiency with statistics will be helpful in this position, it is also a good fit for someone without a technology, business, or traditional data analysis background. We would be excited, for example, by candidates with a background in math, philosophy, physics, or other abstract fields. We are primarily interested in smart, curious people.
