This Marketing Associate role is an incredible opportunity for smart, ambitious individuals who are excited about developing expertise across the full marketing spectrum at a fast-growing tech services company. You will create content that resonates with engineering leaders, manage our digital presence across multiple platforms, and gain hands-on experience with performance marketing—all while contributing to real business growth.
We are open to candidates who reside within the United States of America and are authorized to work in the U.S. This role may also involve occasional in-person events or meetings, depending on specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create high-impact content across blog posts, case studies, social media, email campaigns, podcasts, and website copy using the latest generative AI tools (e.g., for drafting, editing, personalization, and scaling output)
- Leverage AI platforms for research, ideation, and content optimization to produce data-informed, audience-specific messaging
- Develop content tailored to technical audiences—engineering leaders, CTOs, and startup founders.
Driven Social Media Management
- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms using AI-powered tools for scheduling, engagement, and audience targeting
- Build and execute social media strategies informed by AI insights, trend analysis, and performance data
- Use AI tools to monitor conversations, identify emerging trends in tech and AI, and adapt content strategies in real time
Performance Marketing & AI Automation
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B platforms using AI-driven targeting, bidding, and creative optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using enhanced analytics tools to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and improve ROI
- Implement marketing automation workflows powered by AI to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and reporting
