“This position will play a critical role in building and maintaining analysis pipelines, ensuring
data quality, conducting analyses, and serving as a technical resource for lab members. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills in neuroimaging and computational methods with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse research projects.
Core responsibilities:
• designing and maintaining analysis pipelines for neuroimaging (functional and structural MRI), psychophysiological, behavioral, and passive sensing data
• ensuring best practices for data organization and analysis
• performing statistical analyses and generating visualizations for ongoing research projects
• serving as a technical resource for other lab members.
Preferred qualifications:
• experience with neuroimaging analysis (e.g., FSL, AFNI, SPM, ANTs, Freesurfer)
• strong programming skills
• experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
• knowledge of basic statistical approaches (e.g., linear regression)
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• excellent communication skills
Other helpful skills include: computational modeling of behavior (e.g., reinforcement learning),
psychophysiological data analysis (e.g., pupillometry, skin conductance), analysis of passive sensing data (e.g., GPS), machine learning-based neuroimaging analyses, and advanced statistical approaches (e.g., multilevel modeling).
The following materials are required for consideration: Cover letter, names of 3 references, link to GitHub repository or other code examples.”
