Position: Paid Law Clerk / Legal Extern
Compensation: $25/hour — W-2 employee (this is a paid position, not unpaid)
Location: 100% Remote — work from anywhere
Start: Immediate / Rolling basis
Your students would assist with legal research, motion drafting, and case preparation in family law and estate litigation under direct attorney supervision. This is real, substantive legal work on active cases — excellent preparation for law school applications and legal careers.
Eligibility: Undergraduate students interested in law; recent college graduates; pre-law students with strong research and writing skills. No law degree required for this clerk role.
