STAFF STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Engineering of structures with concrete, timber, steel and masonry. The position is full time and in-person. Office located in Culver City, CA (Los Angeles).
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.S. or M.S. in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering
- Coursework in Concrete, Steel, Timber, and Foundation Design
- 0 – 3 years of post-undergrad design experience
- EIT certification preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/ArchiCAD a plus
- Strong work ethic, organization, and communication skills
- U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship needed within 5 years)
- Resides in the Los Angeles area
DETAILS:
Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week for Full Time position. All work to be done in our office located in Culver City CA.
Compensation: To be determined according to individual experience levels. Minimum starting hourly $28/hr. Full time position comes with 1.5 overtime + benefits.

Training and Education: In-house seminars and webinars are provided throughout the year as well as hands on training by experienced Engineers. Furthermore, all Engineers go out to project sites to get training in the field.

Flexible Schedule: If you desire a flexible schedule we can generally accommodate this. We have some early risers who come in by 6am to miss traffic, and others who would rather work the “late shift”. Remote work options become available after training.
