Bridge to BCG
Bridge to BCG combines an immersive workshop and a full-time job application, offering a firsthand view into the BCG case team experience.
Bridge to BCG is open to advanced degree candidates (PhDs, MDs, JDs, postdocs, medical trainees, physicians) in the United States or Canada aiming to start full-time careers in 2027.
Hosted by our U.S. and Canadian offices, the program will take place in person from May 19–20, 2026, at our Boston and Chicago offices.
As a Bridge to BCG participant, you will:
- Think strategically while solving a case in a realistic case team simulation
- Team with participants and consultants to explore the “why?” and “how?” behind case work
- Network with consulting staff and fellow participants
- Learn about BCG’s culture and the consultant role
- Receive a final round interview invitation for a full-time Consultant role in one of our U.S. or Canadian offices
