Overview:
Blackhawk Network is seeking an Associate Product Manager who will be responsible for providing global payments operations support for Blackhawk’s growing digital commerce product lines. This role involves working closely with internal product, risk, accounting/settlement and engineering teams and also with Blackhawk’s payments acquiring partners.
The Associate Product Manager will have ownership over the onboarding and enablement of new payment methods as well as the performance and optimization of payment authorization rates. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers experience seamless payments processes, giving them the most efficient and optimal payment checkout experience. The role will report to the Director of Global Payment Acceptance.
